Suggestion:
You need to buy a cheap 4 port switch. Place a cable between your router and your switch, a cable between your switch and your PC and a cable between your Xbox and your switch. Should all be good to go then. Just check with your ISP that your router supports NAT or Network Address Translation before you go and buy a switch.
