How Would I Set Up a Problem to Figure out the Percent of Bandwidth Usage Used by One File?

We have satellite Internet, which has monthly bandwidth usage limits. If we are allowed 12,000 MB per month, and I want to download a file that is 1.28 GB from Xbox Live, how much percent of our limit is 1.28 GB?
How would I set up this problem (…and what is the answer?)

Conversion: 1024 MB = 1 GB

Thanks in advance,

Suggestion:

So 1024 MB=1GB
So 1.28GB multiplied by 1024MB gives you 1310.72MB used by the downloaded file.
If you then take your 1310.72/12000 multiplied by 100 will give you 10.9226% of your monthly usage used by your downloaded file.
