How to Stream Xbox and Wii Games?

Does anyone know how to stream Xbox and Wii games? I am trying to set up a live stream account and currently, I have been using a webcam to stream them. Is there a way to connect the xbox and wii to my computer to get better quality streaming, both video and sound wise?

Suggestion:

Yeah – just use a capture card. Hook the console up to that, and using whatever video chat software you want, set the input to that card instead of your webcam.
