i joined xbox live and set up an online account through my xbox about a year ago and when i was through the stages i made up an email address and a password. I never use the e-mail address and quickly forgot it, as well as the password. i'm now having problems with my xbox live account and would like to cancel my subscription and remove my credit card, but i've just found out i need to do it by signing in on the website!!!!
I've looked on my xbox and have managed to find my email address but i still don't know my password. when i try to report to xbox.com that i've forgot my password they ask for my e-mail address and then tell me that it's been sent to my e-mail address but i can't sign in so i can't get the message that tells me my password!!!!!!!
please tell me how i'm supposed to get around this!
