Xbox Live Help? Please Answer?

i have an xbox and network wireless adapter and xbox live. i have a fast wireless broadband i connected to my router successfully. but when i tested conection it said it failed. is there any settings i can change on my computer that will mak xbox live work?

Suggestion:

For the longest time, my XBox did that. I'm not sure why it did that, but I kept trying and eventually it worked. Just keep trying, or contact the XBox Team by calling 020 7365 9792. Have your XBox and XBox Live information ready.
