Xbox Live Help Please!?

My mom put a comcast.net email in for her XBOX live log-in email, and I'm unable to log into XBL until she puts her password in, problem is she forgot her password and no longer uses that email. We tried making a new Windows Live ID for her to use, but it won't let us change the email until she puts in the password for her old one on there. Any help?

go to the comcast email and click

If she cant remember her email user name then there is not much you can do but if she does all she has do is click on forgot password and it will let her change it to something simple to remember

you're kind of screwed.

try going to http://www.xbox.com.
click on can't access your account.
click on forgot my password.
choose send to mobile phone or customer support.
