Xbox 360 Games on Demand Help?
I was recently stationed in Okinawa and I wanted to download Saints Row 2 off of games on demand but it said it was not available in my current location. I asked my brother back in the states to recover my gamertag and buy it for me, so I can just redownload it off of my download history. The only problem is, every time the game gets to 99 percent, it says it cannot be downloaded. Is there anyway to fix this problem? Or did I spend 20$ for nothing? Any help would be great.
Suggestion:
Call Microsoft customer support and talk to them about it. The number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX, tell them all about your problem and they will do the best they can to fix it for a pretty long while, if it turns out that you just can't have it, they'll at least have done everything possible, by customer support standards.
That's why I recommend that you don't buy games on demand. There are no refunds, and the online market isn't fully reliable, especially in your situation.
