Please Help Xbox 360 Not Playing Any Voice?

ever since today my xbox wont play any voice such as when im in a party i cant hear them speak on a mic or even on the TV!!!!!!!!What the heck is wrong with my xbox please help

Suggestion:

i had that same exact problem… it has something to do with the family settings or something… go there and change the settings so that you can hear all … sorry im not that detailed :/ i hope i helped
