My Xbox Live Connection Has Gone Wacked. Please Help :)?

My xbox live says that my connection is full, i am connected to xbox live, and i have no NAT or DNS issues. Everything is perfect, i have my membership that i bought today, ( and i have had it before, meaning i updated it today , after not having xbox live for a few months .) anyways, everything is fine except for one thing, nothing works. i cant join a party, my messages wont send, i cant find matches, cant find players, and iv tried every game that has xbox live that i own, NONE OF THEM WORK! iv done all the tests, iv un plugged my router and plugged it back in, nothin works ! my internet is wireless, and i have that doo – hicky on the back of my xbox for wireless internet. I'VE HAD XBOX BEFORE LAST MONTH, AND EVERYTHING WORKED FINE, BUT NOW IT DOESNT ! plz help
