My Xbox Live Account Has Been Suspended Due to My Payment Options, Help Please?

when i sign in it says my account has been suspended due to payment options, i didn't know my mums card expired in may and i have been getting xbox live gold since then and i pay monthly, so basicly i have been getting free gold. Now im suspended it lets me on live to see inside xbox and all that but i cant add freinds (it has also deleted them all) nor can i play online versus other players? and i put my mums new card detail into billing. Microsoft.com and it wont let me upgrade my membership to buy new xbox live gold, i am going to phone up but id rather your ideas first please thanks.

Suggestion:

the only thing u can do is call up microsoft and try to sort out this issue if that doesnt work i guess u may have to set up a new xbolive account.
