How to Make My Xbox Live Connection Not Lag While Someone Uses Other Internet?

Basically whenever my sister gets on facebook it makes my xbox live connection lag terribly. is it possible to make it so my xbox is the number one priority. basically i dont wanna lag and i wanna give her the lag, give her a taste of her own medicine. any help would be apppreciated.
