Suggestion:
well if it is your nat, get your cable guy, trust me
it saves money and time cuz my brother tried to fix the internet himself and screwed it up, we ended up just having cable guy fix it
call him and tell him what you want, and he will fix it
make sure nothing is surrounding the modem blocks any of the connection, walls or bookss etc.
