Help with Xbox to Pc, Xbox Not Listed?

I have both a laptop (windows 7) and a computer (windows xp) and neither are found on my xbox i have tried lots of stuff and, no luck. So any tips would be great:)

Suggestion:

Are they not showing on Windows Media Center ?
