Help, I Bought an Xbox 360 Console off Ebay, and the Item Was Not As Described?

I bought an xbox 360 off of ebay, it was supposed to be a pro HDMI console, with a minor defect where it could not read discs, which i was going to fix, but when it arrived the cosmetic was pretty bad shape, it was not HDMI, it had the 3 red rings of death, and was missing lots of screws, i opened it up and everything was out of order, it looked like ****. on the ad it says NO RETURNS SOLD AS-IS.

is there any way I can get a refund???
here's the ad—–> http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160428672523&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT

Suggestion:

Just the fact that it didn't have the HDMI will be enough to win a dispute against the buyer through PayPal. You'll have to ship it back, though, and that'll cost you a few bucks. Small amount for a lesson learned.

p.s. saying WTF in your feedback isn't gonna help your case. Might want to resist doing that next time.

yes file a complaint with paypal…buyers always win.

Selling an item AS-IS does not mean they can send you something that does not meet the description. Contact the seller and ask for your money back because it was falsely described. If they refuse, open a complaint with eBay. Take pictures of all of the faults you've described.

Yes, open a dispute in paypal.
Link the listing and take a picture of the item sent so paypal can see the difference.

Paypal will then refund you and you just got your money back AND the PoS xbox you bought with it.
Shop at amazon, much more reliable sellers there than ebay. Ebay is nothing but scammers most of the time.

Open a case with ebay and paypal and select item not as described.
