Connecting My Son to Xbox Live…please Help?

My son stays with my ex husband during the school year. My ex refuses to get the internet (cuz he's cheap!). He really enjoys playing XBox live at my house. His dad doesn't have a computer. Is there a way he can use a wireless card or anything like that with his xbox? What options do I have to get him online with his xbox without having to deal with my ex dragging his feet about it?

Suggestion:

Nope you gotta have some internet connection or one nearby my only suggestion is you offer to pay for the internet at his house.
