I really don't care for this. I have no intentions on playing a game like Gears of War with Kinect. The ONLY thing that would be acceptable for Gears4 would be if they incorporate Kinect with the joystick. Meaning, the only thing it will be used for is looking around corners and stuff, maybe some simple voice commands. But you can't take away the controls on such a complex game.

Great guide for the n00bs that just got Kinect. The "Ones to Avoid" section was a good idea, those games are just terrible and people shouldn't waste their money. Save it for future Kinect games that "hopefully" will rock!

Bad news guys.....Looks like we're going to have to wait for Kinect 2 if we want improved recognition. Microsoft just shot down this rumor.

I agree, 2.99$ per song is pretty expensive. They should make it 1.99$.

They need to add this functionality for all videos (not just Zune).

Pretty cool, I'm sure my gf will enjoy the Rihanna and Janet songs. I just hope they keep on coming out with some good DLC...and not take forever for it to come out. Also, some more up to date songs would be great.

If they can add finger tracking this will increase the different types of games they can create. That would be awesome, I just hope it doesn't take 2 years for this technology to come out.

In 3 years from now we should see the next generation of consoles and probably Kinect 2.0.

Kinect is pretty accurate, some games more then others, but of course it will never be 100%. Kinect was probably rushed out to make it in time for the holidays, which is fine because increased sales will "HOPEFULLY" mean, increased QUALITY games in the future. Now if they can improve the technology even further with just a firmware update on the Kinect...then it has the potential of being a real success.

Looking forward to this game. I had Big Brain Academy on the Wii and it was a great Party Game. Couples night just got more exciting.

That's actually pretty good (will have to see it for myself to believe it though), and still giving the hardcore gamers the ability to use the control pad if they don't want to use kinect was very important. Day 1 purchase for me. Goodbye Grand Turismo 5, you tried and failed miserably.
