I use voice recognition as much as it'll let me, but I really wish it would offer more opportunities to do so. I was stunned to find out that voice commands don't work with DVD playback and is very limited in Last.fm. Not to mention entirely absent from Netflix, although I suppose Kinect as a whole isn't either due to the app's lack of arm waving commands.

Killer app so far for me, but yeah I'd like to see a more fleshed out career mode and more songs on the disc.
