This honor is a valuable currency that can be turned into epic gems from the vendor in Orgimmar or Stormwind City depending on which race you chose to play. You should be able to obtain four epic gems. I suggest purchasing four cardinal rubies and cutting them into bold cardinal rubies, which retail for over 225 gold. The gems along with the gold obtained from completing the quests should earn you about 1000 gold in 15 minutes of work!
