Warlock Pvp Build – Best Talent Spec

As a Warlock, you wield and use everything that is demonic. You use this power to send your opponents from across the field to their death. If you’re rolling a PvP character, a good Warlock PvP build would make you’re Warlock an adversary to contend with.

{The Best Talent Spec For PvP}
There’s no such thing as a bad spec for a Warlock focusing on PvP, although there are some really good builds that wrap around the core abilities of the class. When choosing a spec, it always pays to consider the roles you want to fill in once you’re already working with groups and abilities you want to use while you’re leveling. Also, try to be as consistent as you can with your gears and styles since this could definitely enhance or diminish the affectivity of your chosen build.

Any of the Warlock talent trees are versatile enough to allow the creation of a number of builds suitable for PvPing. But again, your play style is also a major consideration. If you’re the type who hits and run from the combat, the Affliction talent tree makes for an excellent choice. If you are more of the ‘nuking’ type of a player, suitable talents can be found in the Destruction tree. Alternatively, you can bet on the Demonology to enhance the capabilities of your demon to turn it into a killing machine.

Although a Warlock PvP may prove to be a complex character, you will soon learn that there are a few tricks that could come in handy for each of the talents trees.

{Affliction Warlock}
Affliction Warlocks draw most of their wins in PvP from casting powerful DoT spells while keeping a safe distance from their enemies. This strategy may sound a bit ridiculous but it really does work.

When going head to head with other players using your Affliction Warlock, you can simply cast a DoT spell from your maximum range, get out of the hitting range of your opponent, and let the DoT spell take its toll on your enemy. There’s no need for follow-ups after that. With this talent tree, running from the battle is often the best strategy. Even if the enemy catches you, you can always use Fear to scare it away.

{Destruction Warlock}
The Destruction Warlock keeps a few really powerful spells up its sleeves. Take the talent Improved Shadow Bolt, for instance. It’s at Tier 1 only and you can already enhance the damage inflicted by your Shadow bolt spell by as much as 5%. You also have the Shadowburn, which is obviously among the top reasons why some PvP players choose to spec Demonology, Shadowfury, and of course the Soul Leech.

{Demonology Warlock}
Finally is the Demonology tree which stands head and shoulders with the preceding talent trees. With an extremely powerful imp by your side, who could go against you? The idea with any Demonology Warlock PvP build is not really to create a powerful caster, but to create the strongest demon. You can of course improve your own character on the side using this tree.
