There are many people who join World of Warcraft to be with friends or family and want to get a character leveled as quickly as possible. There are also those who have a level 80 character and want to level as fast as they can. Both of these scenarios have one thing in common. They want to level quickly. Questing
One thing that you must do if you want to level quickly and efficiently is run quests. In fact you should run as many as you can find. Fill your quest log with as many quests as you can find then head off into the wilderness to do them.
The key to doing quests is to do them as efficiently and quickly as possible. One way you can do this is by using a add-on that puts a directional arrow on the screen. At the end of this article I’ve included a link to the place you can get your own directional arrow add-on.
Efficiency
The best way to level quickly is by being efficient. The way I suggest increasing your efficiency and better using your time is to kill your way to and from quests. This will make a big difference to your experience gained and you’ll move through the levels much faster without wasting time. You’ll also be able to make a good amount of gold by doing this as well.
Quest in Groups
At low levels group quests often take up a lot of time. You’ll sometimes find yourself waiting for other players to show up which is really annoying. If you don’t have a high level friend then I suggest avoiding group quests while at low levels.
Quest Levels and Playing Zones
Don’t be worried about not finishing quests in one area if they become too difficult. Move to an adjacent area and try those quests – maybe they are easier. If they are easier, whip through them and then if you want to you can always return to finish the quests that were giving you problems previously.
Rest and Relax
I always recommend logging out from an inn or a capital city. If you do this you get the advantage that you’ll have built up significant rested experience on your return which can give you a real boost.
If you use these simple basic rules of power leveling you will find that the levels fly by much faster than you would have thought.
