So many choices

So you're browsing your local retailer's Xbox One and Xbox 360 section and have no idea what new games were released this week. No one seems willing to help and you feel alone and scared. Surely, there must be a way — an easy way — to get the info on the latest releases. Rest your worried head young Spartan, because at pX we got you covered on what's hitting retail stores and the Games Store.

A pretty stacked week this time around, with new games being released on all Xbox platforms. The Xbox One receives an important exclusive while 360 owners, at long last, can experience Respawn's latest epic shooter.

Xbox One Retail

Kinect Sports Rivals (Microsoft Game Studios / $59.99) - Quite possibly Xbox One's most important title that showcases the impressive new technology within Kinect 2.0. New sporting events like wake racing and rock climbing use the Kinect surprisingly well in creative new ways but you can still unwind with other sports like tennis and bowling. You can read our full review right here if you're still on the fence on picking this one up. Available April 8th

LEGO: The Hobbit (Warner Bros. Interactive / $59.99) - Another warner bros. franchise ultimately leads to another LEGO video game. This time it's back to Middle-Earth as we guide Bilbo Baggins and his trusty dwarf army to reclaim their homeland. Based off the first two Hobbit films, we're positive we can expect some of that classic Traveller's Tales humour that makes the LEGO games so appealing. Available April 8th

Xbox 360 Retail

LEGO: The Hobbit (Warner Bros. Interactive / $49.99) - As per tradition, a new LEGO game must also be released on every platform imaginable. Just like LEGO Marvel Superheroes and The LEGO Movie Videogame, we don't expect any core differences between this one and the Xbox One edition. Available April 8th

Titanfall (Electronic Arts / $59.99) - Alright 360 owners, you can finally breathe a sigh of relief. The most talked about shooter this year is now out today for your console, only a month later than its next-gen brethren. What are you waiting for? Stop reading this and get playing! Available April 8th

Xbox Games Store

Max: The Curse of Brotherhood (Microsoft Game Studios / $14.99) - Releasing four months later than the Xbox One version, we still have no clue as to why this took so long to come to Xbox 360. We enjoyed Max's adventure and awarded it a solid 7 on our scale, meaning you should give it a try if you like puzzle-platformers that look like Nickelodeon cartoons. Available April 9th

R.B.I. Baseball 14 ( / $19.99) - It isn't every day a nearly dormant old franchise gets another shot at the plate. Releasing nearly two decades since its last entry, R.B.I. Baseball 14 may be enough to tickle Xbox 360 fans waiting for a solid game of baseball. The Xbox One is expected to get its own version sometime next month. Available April 8th

Strike Suit Zero: Director's Cut (Born Ready Games / $19.99) - The ultimate version of Strike Suit Zero lands on Xbox One today. This popular space combat game also takes the honour of being the first indie title to be released under the ID@Xbox program. Available April 8th

The Wolf Among Us - Episode 3: A Crooked Mile (Telltale Games / $4.99) -Don't worry, Telltale hasn't forgotten about their Fables episodic series. Players can grab the latest episode today for five bucks, or snag it for free if you've already purchased the season pass. We've enjoyed the first two episodes quite a bit, so we can't wait to take a bite out of this one. Available April 9th

We're gonna hit the wake racing leaderboards in Kinect Sports Rivals and take aim at Strike Suit Zero: Director's Cut. Participate in the poll and let us know in the comment section below if you're picking up any of this weeks' new titles.
