Release dates revealed!
You've read the comic, played the game (the good one) and watched every hour of the AMC show and you're still itching for more Walking Dead? Good news then, because the highly-acclaimed episodic zombie adventure game from Telltale Games is getting some downloadable content this week.
The Walking Dead: 400 Days is a prequel that takes place before Lee Everett and Clementine's emotionally-charged story. 400 Days will star an all-new cast and focus on the first 400 days (duh) of the terrifying zombie outbreak and will bridge the gap between Season 1 and the upcoming Season 2 batch of episodes.
Players are required to have the first episode of Season 1 installed and can download 400 Days as an in-app purchase, just like you've done for episodes 2-5.
So when can you play it? Telltale, nonchalantly, revealed that the game will be available for $4.99 today for Playstation 3 owners in North America and July 10th in the UK. PC/Mac users can dive in July 3 via Steam and Xbox 360 owners will have to wait a tad bit longer until Friday, July 5th. An iOS release follows on July 11th for iPhone and iPad. Whew!
