Xbox Ultimate Game Sale Due to Kick Off
Posted by Ken Barnes
Starts on February 26th
Major Nelson has announced that Microsoft will be holding a little bit of a sale next week, with Games On Demand titles going for firesale prices.
Each day from Tuesday, 26th February, a new batch of titles will be discounted - apparently with most discounted up to 75%, and some ranging up to 85%. The sale is open to all levels of Xbox Live account, too.
The Major himself will announce a new batch of titles each morning, so it might be worth falling in line and following him on Twitter. It might be time to put a few pound notes aside, as over 60 titles will be included, and there are some decent highlights on the list - especially for the FPS and fighting game crowds - which is below:-
Assassins Creed
Assassins Creed 2

...and a partridge in a pear tree.
Admittedly, a fair few titles are overpriced to begin with on Games on Demand when you compare them to store prices, but Left 4 Dead 2 is listed at $29.99 right now. 75% off that would make it around $7.50. That's a steal by anybody's standards. Go on, Microsoft...

They should work, I think you just have to hit X to change the payment method.
