BRISBANE, Australia - Dec. 14, 2011 - Halfbrick today announced that the new Christmas DLC pack for Fruit Ninja Kinect - featuring heart-warming holiday themed new content - is now available for free on Microsoft's Xbox Live Arcade. Bringing the holidays to the dojo, the Christmas DLC pack includes the snow-dusted "Santa's Workshop," the joyful "Snow Globe" silhouette and the sugary sweet "Candy Cane Blade." All new items available now under "Christmas Present" in the Sensei Swag menu upon download.

"If Santa were a ninja - and we all know he really is - this is how he'd keep his skills sharp in the slow summer months," said Phil Larsen, chief marketing officer of Halfbrick.

Fruit Ninja Kinect takes all the frenzied fruit-slicing action from the highly addictive hit mobile game and brings it full scale, allowing players to swing their arms and legs to attack fruit. With multiple local multiplayer modes, players can battle each other or team up to slice through an endless cascade of flying fruits while trying to avoid dangerous bombs.

Fruit Ninja Kinect is rated "E for Everyone" by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) and is available for download through Xbox LIVE Arcade for a limited time price 800 MSP ($10 USD) for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system with Kinect™.
