I put a spoiler alert up in there just case - there might be, I'll probably spoil the crab out of it as I'm really curious as to how people play the game, what choices they made and what the result was.

So far I'm enjoying it (but I will bring up some weird aspects I'm not getting along with below) - I'm a massive fan of the show and read the books up until...hmm... somewhere after the 'Red Wedding'. However, I'm not a big fan of Telltale games overall. The first episode of the Walking Dead didn't really enthuse or thrill me, while Game of Thrones did.

My main concern right now is that after having played through the second episode that was just out, I seem to be flooded with bugs and glitches. For example, the scenes have difficulty loading properly ending up leaving textures overly blurred and sometimes characters "censored" out and replaced by a black shadow, soundclips repeat right after they've been played the first time. Little irritating bits and pieces, right? Well, that's not the worst part of it; the worst part is that it doesn't give a skittle about what I've chosen previously on my save - I had to replay the first episode to have it roughly play out as I wanted it to.

For example, (SPOILERS) in the intro to episode two, the "previously on Game of Thrones" showed all the things I didn't do and characters speaking of things I didn't choose. The game claims I made Ethan choose Ser Royland as sentinel of Ironrath, when I chose Duncan. Thalia claims Ethan didn't do anything to protect her, when on my save I had him pull her out of Ramsay's hands. Even after my second attempt and having replayed the first episode directly before moving on to episode 2, it didn't really seem to matter.

After reading this I'll wait for an update, how very disappointing.

If you've got the season pass and you feel like you might be replaying everything at one point or another, go for it. Otherwise I'd wait and talk to people who played it. I could be cursed. It could just be me.

I am a big fan of Telltale game yet to buy tales from the borderlands but i like to play the games (after the first walking dead) in a complete run, I love the episode aspect but I just don't have the patience if i play one to wait for the next! hopefully Game of thrones will be just as good as the series and the books!
