tough question.
There's a lot to do besides the story and sidemissions, (Golf, tennis, darts, flying, skydiving, speedboating, jet skiing, racing, submarining, yoga¥¥¥, cycling, running, triathlon).
It looks good and plays well and in Trevor, Rs created one of the truly great and memorable playable characters (he's not there until a few missions in).
Multiplayer is fun (all the above lots to do also available in MP).
Get eaten by sharks - yup.
I like it, some others don't and there is some weird and wonderful stuff in there.
If you want, I'll start a clan anyways - worst case it's advertising!
I never played the earlier versions of GTA (although my lad did). Never saw the appeal. I did get GTA V on my 360 and thought it was very good. Completed the campaign and played MP - although nearly always private matches with friends. I wasn't going to swap for the XB1 version, but I blagged it for free as part of a deal - so I'm still playing now. Currently level 77 (although a glitch shows me at lvl 100).
I'd be up for some team play!

I should probably actually play this online for a bit...played offline a bunch, but not even thought of starting the online mode.
It can be a royal pain in the proverbial playing MP with a bunch of mates. IF you can all get in a game together, it's okay. If you drop from a mission back to online mode, it dumps everyone in a separate session despite the fact you are probably in a party. Don't get me started on the asshats that just want to ruin missions/races by shooting/crashing into you.

Lol I went onto MP the other morning and it was full of strange people moaning about their Manginas. I spent half the time muting asshats as there doesn't seem to be a 'mute all' option.
Ok, there is a crew created. It's called pureBOX (for some reason it won't allow pureXBOX. If you want to join, let me know and I'll send you an invite. Also, if someone with some authority in PureXBOX wants to lead it, let me know and I will change it from me to them (it automatically made me leader as I started the crew).
