Xbox Live Account Suspended Due to Payment Option?

Ok ummm i was play Mw2 then all of a sudden it muted everyone by itself, then after the game was over i tryed to unmute everyone but it wouldnt let so then i went to dashboard to see what happen, then this thing poped up saying i'm suspended due to payment option? how do i fix this? i didnt change the credit card. all my credit card information is right. and i buy my membership through the xbox i dont buy the cards. if you know what to do please help.

Suggestion:

You get that message if they tried to charge your credit card and it didn't work. It could be as simple as the expiry date on your card being wrong (if you got a new card recently). You have to call Microsoft (1-800-4MY-XBOX) to sort it out before you'll be able to get back on.
