I've tried everything, i even opened it since my warranty was already void and nothing works.

Im seriously tempted to throw it out the car window in the highway and get a ps3 -_-
Suggestion:
The problem is either you need to buy a new dvd drive or buy a new laser to read the games. If I was you I would go to some little computer shop and ask them to fix it. Maybe look on craigslist or ebay for someone to fix it. The dvd drive is around 25 dollars and there are a few different types of drives. Personally even though the xbox breaks easy I think its better. I have both consoles. If you play live I would stay with 360 but if all you do is play campaign I would deffinately get a ps3 because of the computing power it has and last but not least the blu- ray player. What ever you do I hope your happy with your choice. If you ever need help with any gaming help you can sub me at AlexxDBurrows. Oh and gamestop will not buy broken consoles because they test them. You can probably sell the console on craigslist for like 35 dollars though.
