My Xbox 360 Has the Ring of Death and Runs Slow How Can I Fix It?

I go to xbox.com try to fix it works for a while but my 360 runs super slow wont download things cant play games and then when i start it up it takes like 5 minutes. after about 20 minutes the rings are back i tried fixing it again at xbox .com and the same thing keeps on happening..

Suggestion:

I'd say take it to the shop and let a professional handle it. Alot of those "fixes" online can seriously mess up the system and damage it beyond repair.
