E-73 is a problem with the ethernet controller. It is usually in the back by where the ethernet controller and southbridge are. Take a look at this picture so you know what i'm talking about.

You can see up in the left top corner is where the ethernet controller is located.
Use this tutorial to heat it.

Concentrate on the ethernet controller chip and the southbridge.
If that tutorial doesn't work just sell the xbox on ebay and get another xbox. I have had about 5 e73's come to me since i've been repairing xbox's and 2 of them are just not able to be fixed. I imagine something with the ethernet controller is burned out. Really it's a 50/50 shot if it will work or not. I use a professional hot air bga solder rework/reflow machine and still couldn't get these xbox's to fire up.
