My Xbox 360 Has E 73 Error Single Red Light on the Lower Right Corner How Do I Fix This?

My xbox as stated is retarded like all xbox 360s are my warranty is gone because it happened after 2 and half years after i purchased it. I really dont care what happens to it because im not sending it into microsoft and paying 160 bucks for it, where i can buy the lowest xbox for 160 my memory drive still works because i am able to use it with another xbox. I am jsut wondering if anyone out there has gotten based this error and got their xbox to work and what they did to do this? o p.s. I have tried overheating to resist it but that was unsuccessful.

E-73 is a problem with the ethernet controller. It is usually in the back by where the ethernet controller and southbridge are. Take a look at this picture so you know what i'm talking about.

You can see up in the left top corner is where the ethernet controller is located.

Use this tutorial to heat it.

Concentrate on the ethernet controller chip and the southbridge.

If that tutorial doesn't work just sell the xbox on ebay and get another xbox. I have had about 5 e73's come to me since i've been repairing xbox's and 2 of them are just not able to be fixed. I imagine something with the ethernet controller is burned out. Really it's a 50/50 shot if it will work or not. I use a professional hot air bga solder rework/reflow machine and still couldn't get these xbox's to fire up.
