My Laser Disc Reader Wont Work on My Xbox 360 and I Think I Am out of Warranty. What Can I Do to Get It Fixed.?

i took my xbox apart trying to fix it. when i put a disc in the chamber it says "open trey" after about 5 seconds. any information on how to fix it or where to take it would be very helpful, thanks!

Suggestion:

sell it on ebay and buy a new one
or try a repiar service on ebay
there fairly cheap since the Xbox is so messed up people will fix it for really cheap cause so many people want it fixed
