i got modern warfare three brand new and when i put it into the xbox it wouldnt play?? also my xbox wont let me copy my games?? need solutions

it might be the update you need! go to the xbox dashboard n check for system update. as for the game it might be scratched or your xbox is not able to read games anymore. try a brand new game so how that goes. best of luck!
