Suggestion:
There are times where in you could just do the "Power Cycyling" thing.. (Turn everything off..Unplug ALL of the cables, wait for about 10 minutes then replug and turn everything on again). If it doesn't work, just call 18004myxbox to see if it is still under warranty (1 year from the date of purchase), so that they could send you the FREE shipping materials that you could use to ship the xbox console back to them and they will fix it.. FOR FREE ^^

Best thing to do would take it to someone who fixes xbox's.

I suggest calling Microsoft. Two of my friends had this problem…they both were instructed to send the 360 in to Microsoft for repairs. About 3 weeks later they both received a brand new 360 in the mail.
if you have a warranty send it in or find a Console repair place online and ship it off.
