Suggestion:
Try replugging everything, making sure the power is in ALL the way, make sure you're using an appropriate power supply at that(applies to a few people), and try just dusting it out… It often will overheat and RROD and people seem to overlook that…

I've had this problem several times in the past. I once fixed my XBox 360 by yelling at it really loudly, so try that first. If that doesn't work, set your XBox 360 on fire and then call technical support concerning a burning XBox 360. They'll have to replace it then.
Ok for me you couldn't fix the ring of death if you did manage somehow to fix it it would come back. The best way if for you to send it to microsoft either mail it or send it.

They will send you the shipping labels and stuff and you can send it to them and they will either fix the problem or send you a new system.
