How Do I Fix My Xbox Live Account if Someone Flooded My Ip Adress?

i was playing on xbox live and i got in a lobby with a hacker, and he got all upset cuz i killed him a whole lot so he stated my name and where i lived, then said he was flooding my ip adress, and now i have a super laggy connection, and i dont know how to fix it…any suggestions????

You should do some protecting measures, you should download some Anti virus software, some Hitmalware software to protect your computer.
