Suggestion:

Looks like your drive is starting to die. It will continue to do this more over time til you fix it. You should call Microsoft to see about having this done. If your console is less than one year from date of purchase then they will fix the drive for free, you just have to send it to them. You can print out a label from their support site and put it in whatever box you have to send off via UPS. If your console is more than one year old, they will charge $99 to replace the dying drive. There are other options, you can open your 360 yourself and replace the drive, but you need another drive, and you void your 3 year RROD warranty by breaking the seal. If you don't know what you are doing with electronics you probably want to leave this alone, better to call Microsoft for service.
Sell it for 100 dollars and buy a new one.
