How Do I Fix My Xbox 360 Disc Door from Getting Stuck?

When I try to eject the disc, the door gets stuck. It acts like it's trying to open, but won't. I've had to use a butter knife to gently pry it open while trying to eject the disc. Sometimes that works, but not all the time.
