How Do I Fix My Xbox 360?

My xbox 360 Pro has stopped working. The tray wont open when you try to open it and on the occasion when it does it will hardly ever read the disk that you put in it. If any one can help i would be greatly appreciative.

Suggestion:

Go to a local game store other than gamestop or use craigslist to find somebody who can repair it. Don't do it yourself, and don't send it to microsoft unless you have a warranty.
