How Do I Fix My 360 Disk Tray?

My xbox tray wouldn't open, so I did a manual eject and the tray got stuck 3 inches out. So I tried to close it, but it wouldn't close. The tray will not move anymore. Please help.

contact xboxsupport.com. If its still in warranty they'll send a courier to collect it and repair b4 returning.
