How Can You Fix a Xbox Game After Turning the Xbox over While Its Running?

while the game was running i turned the xbox with the side with the pads on the floor and left when i came back modern warfare wasnt working i cleaned like it said and just prolonged the error message. then i tried another game and it worked fine
help?

Suggestion:

If you tipped your Xbox with a game in it, chances are you scratched the game too much to fix it. There isn't any way to fix it sadly, gotta buy a new game.
