Can I Use an Wireless Xbox 360 Controller with a Play and Charge Kit on Pc?

I'm trying to use the pcsx2 emulator with my xbox controller as I need something to preoccupy me while my xbox is being fixed by microsoft. Can I use the wireless controller on the pcsx2? and how to I set up things to use it? I'd like a detailed how to if you don't mind.
