Anyone Have Xna Game Studio and Good at Making Hand Drawn Artwork into Good Graphic Game Characters?

me and my team of game developers are making an Indie game for the Xbox marketplace, but are looking for someone who is good at taking handrawn artwork, and can fix it up with some good graphics. If you do, or just good at this, leave a reply and contact information.

Suggestion:

why did you need someone with XNA game studio installed?
I mean, what you need is an artist right, it will be a bit confusing for them to execute xna..

I would like to help, but unfortunately im more on 3D instead of 2D
