If i burn it will it work and i mean will the drive recognize it as there's the disc in a tray we can run the game and will it get me banned from xbox live as i just brought a year and it will be well much of a waste if i accidently got banned from xbox live,.

Basically, what you're talking about flashing your hardrive. Yes this is illegal, and yes, you will most likely get banned from xbox live for it. I wouldn't bother doing this at all. I've heard from one of my friends that your whole xbox gets banned. New Xbox £150-£200 12 Months Gold £40 or £30-£40 For a new game, its your decision.

If you can.. you will most likely get a console ban, which is a permanent ban ( unless you buy a new xbox)! They seem to be quite up on that sort of thing.
