Xbox 360 Game Coping a Game to My 120 Hd?

how to copy a game disc(sniper ghost warrior) to my 120 hard drive and and don't have to put the disc into my xbox. and play it off of the hard drive. please help.

Suggestion:

You can't do exactly what you said but you can install the game to your hard drive and you play it with the disc in and it will run a lot smoother.
