Suggestion:
Microsoft has said it before — playing games early will NOT get you banned unless you're playing an illegal copy.
The previous times where there have been a lot of bans from "playing a legit game early" all turned out to be from playing copies.

It depends. If you play it before it's released, only the game designers will be playing it. So when they see your name pop up and they don't know you, there could be some questions asked. But since you actually bought it…wait a sec…how did you buy a copy early? That's kinda illegal anyway lol.
millions of ppl have xboxs so i find it hard for microsoft to find you playing a game that hasent come out yet
If the game has been released then there is no reason for you to get banned.
