My Xbox 360 Game Won't Play on My Xbox 360.?

I recently bought Madden 11 from ebay, which the seller was from china. I just got it and it looks like a burned copy of Madden 11 and it won't play on my xbox. It reads it as a DVD and all I get is a white screen that says Xbox 360. Please help..!!

Suggestion:

its either a a empty disk with madden 11 printed on top of it or its region locked (north america, europe, and asia have different disk readers that only read their region specific disks)
