I have to xbox 360's and my old one has a xbox live account on it before it didn't get banned and now i have got a new one i recovered my live account and now the one that's on my old xbox has more achievements because it is the flashed xbox 360, how do i get my old account from my old banned xbox to my new one without corrupting it, i tried playing copy games on my old xbox with my recovered account that i got from my new xbox via hard drive and when i put it back in my new one it says corrupted data

Suggestion:
You can only recover accounts that have been saved onto Xbox Live. Any achievements not saved onto Xbox Live will not be recovered.
You can either swap hard drives and try and connect to Xbox Live with your account, but it probably won't let you because it assumes you've modded those achievements illegally before you got banned (which I guess is why you want it back for the modded achievements).
