Is There a Way to Read an Xbox Formatted Usb Memory Stick on a Pc?

I want to format a USB memory stick so it can be read on my Xbox 360, but i would also like to be able to access it on my computer so i could copy game saves or music on it for example and then copy it back onto my Xbox console
