Suggestion:
Even if they could, it would involve modding both those consoles, which not only voids the warranty, but is probably illegal. To answer your question though, without modding the consoles, NO, as far as I know it can't be done and you would be wise not to try.

No. The PS3 will not allow you to save any type of file it won't recognize or play to the hard drive.
no because you'll be just wasting more money they you would buying a game because for the ps3 you need a blue ray disc's which will cost alot of money
