If I Have 2 Xboxes Can I Have One Game and Download It on One?

if i have 2 xboxes can i have a hard copy of one game download it on one xbox and then play it on both or do i need to buy 2 copies of the game? and if I can will I be able to play online

Suggestion:

If the game supports installation to the Xbox 360 HDD (assuming you have one), then you can install the game, launch it with the disc in the drive, then swap it out to the other console when the game starts. It won't affect your ability to play online either.
